Terms and Conditions of Entry

Major spot prize terms and conditions

Winners will be drawn from the list of registered swimmers participating in the 2010/2011 State New Zealand Ocean Swim Series events as appropriate to the draw requirements
Draws will take place at the prize giving appropriate to that prize (one Vanuatu Ocean Swim prize at each event plus one Fiji Ocean Swim prizes as a Series prize)
The winners must be present at the prize-giving to be eligible to win. If winners are not present, the prize will be redrawn
Employees and/or representatives of State and Quantum Events and their immediate families are not eligible to win
Each winner must be a New Zealand resident and aged 18 years or over as at 17 April 2011 unless accompanied on the trip by their parent or guardian
Accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements that State may require in relation to this promotion
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
To the extent permitted by law, State and Quantum Events Ltd and their respective employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs or expenses (including but not limited to those of an indirect or consequential nature) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this, promotion and/or its prizes
