Train with an Olympian at the Powerade Academy in London

Two Kiwi sports enthusiasts will win the chance to train alongside Olympians and elite coaches at the Powerade Academy in London this August. The unique prize includes tickets to the 2012 Olympic Games.

Winners from 15 countries around the world will attend the Powerade Academy. This five-day sports and fitness training camp will provide them with a real life experience of how Olympians train and prepare.

Specialist coaches will cover the key elements of a professional athlete’s lifestyle, from technique to nutrition and psychology.

The Powerade Academy will incorporate multiple sporting disciplines. Winners will hone their skills in five different Olympic sports - running, swimming, football, cycling and basketball.

To enter, consumers must purchase specially marked 750ml bottles of Powerade. The major prize includes attendance for two at the Powerade Academy, tickets to an Olympic Games event, return premium economy flights from Auckland to London, 6 nights accommodation and NZD$4,000 spending money.  Attendance at the Powerade Academy is optional and dependent on winners’ physical fitness.
