Take your swimming to another level with one of the following swim programs specifically tailored to help you reach your ‘I’m Going Long’, Step it Up’ or Give it a Go’ swimming goals. The beauty of these programs is they are designed to be carried out in weekly blocks in your own time leading up to your chosen event.

The programs differ from those of last year in that they provide you with a more detailed number of programs set over a course of weeks. They are about maximising your training both in the pool with focused strength training & skill development sessions, and in the ocean where you can train whilst familiarising yourself with the sea conditions. They are also choker full of useful information such as swim pool etiquette, drills, session flows, swimming equipment, preparing for the race and ocean swimming tips.

Note, these programs are non-progressional and therefore can be carried out in any order.

‘I’m Going Long’ Swim Program – Advanced – $49.95
10 week program of 40 sessions broken down into 4 sessions per week (three pool and one open water swimming sessions). Pool session distances vary from 3km – 4.1km in length.

‘I’m Going Long’ Swim Program – Intermediate – $44.95
10 week program of 30 sessions broken down into 3 sessions per week (two pool and one open water swimming sessions). Pool session distances vary from 2km – 2.9km in length.

‘Step it Up’ Swim Program – $39.95
8 week program of 24 sessions broken down into 3 sessions per week (two pool and one open water swimming sessions). Pool session distances vary from 1km – 1.4km in length.

‘Give it a Go’ Swim Program – $24.95
6 week program of 12 sessions broken down into 2 sessions per week (one pool and one open water swimming sessions)

All programs can be purchased from the Store. Once ordered, we will post you your hard copy bound program to your nominated address.
