Casual swim squads are great for those who want to take their swimming to the next level or hone in on particular skills. Unlike swimming clubs, they offer flexibility of doing as many or as few sessions as you would like, so you can choose to either just top up on skills and strength in one or two sessions or be in the for the long haul if you’re really keen to nail that PB.
